VIBRATING SCREEN |
VIBRATING
SCREEN DETAILS
Shaktiman®
vibrating screens are designed to make
separation / filtration of crushed material from
fine dust to oversized. The screen frame,
a bolted & welded steel structure, accommodates
the screen mesh & the drive unit. The screen
is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft,
made out of alloy steel & two no. of heavy
duty double spherical bearings with dust &
water tight seals, for efficient operation &
low maintenance. |
|
|
|
| |
The ‘SHAKTIMAN ®’
screens are driven by electro motor provided with
the screen. The screen frame rests flexible on
four spring units provided on support construction,
so as the eliminate jerks to the supporting systems
and to vibrate freely in a linear motion.
The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted
with such design that it provides the same vibration
to all parts of the screen in order to obtain
proper filtration/ screening of crushed material
of different sizes simultaneously while separating
oversized product. |
|
|
The
action of ‘SHAKTIMAN®’
vibrating screen is independent of burden of material.
This is considered to be most salient feature
which results in a very high ratio of through
put per unit of screen area. "SHAKTIMAN®"
vibrating screens are available in different
models & sizes with different capacities
to suit the requirement of individual customers.

VIBRATING
FEEDER
DETAILS
The vibrating action of the feeder conveys material
while separating loose fines. This provides smooth,
controlled feed rates to maximize capacity of
the plant. The fines drop to the bottom of the
feed material and are passed through the grizzly
section. |
| |
|
| Grizzly bars are tapered to improve
scalping action. Bar spacing is adjusted for controlled
fines removal. Heavy duty spring suspension provides
protection and cushioning against impact and vibration. |
