- STEERING SYSTEM
Best performing easy and simple adjustable
steering system is provided. It is operated
through superfine machine cut worm and
gears fixed in pedestal bearing for easy
movement of front wheels.
- REAR AXLE AND FINAL DRIVE
A full length through-out rear axle is
fitted in two extra heavy duty spherical
roller bearings housed in steel cast housing
fixed to main body of roller which ensures
smooth and stress free running. Two superfine
machine cut ring gears are attached into
rear wheels one each which get engaged
by drive pinion for final drive to generate
acceleration.
- BRAKE SYSTEM
A specially designed most powerful, reliable
& dependable foot operated brake system
is provided. This system is attached on
differential unit.
- FRONT ROLL FORK
Front roll fork is fitted with two taper
roller bearing at top and bottom of fork
shaft to obtain smooth & free movements
of front wheels.
- DASH BOARD
Attractively designed meter box with locking
arrangement for safety purpose is fitted
with oil meter, water temperature meter,
hour meter, battery charging meter, starter
switch, head light switch, horn button
etc. for easy access from driver’s
seat.
- SCRAPERS
Adjustable and reversible scrapers are
fitted covering full width of the front
& rear rolls.
- STARTING SYSTEM
A 12 volt ( 25 plates) Battery device
is provided for starting purpose.
- TOOL KIT
A tool kit containing suitable size spanners,
Grease gun etc is provided with rollers.
- LUBRICATION
All bearings are arranged for lubrication.
Grease nipples, oiling holes are provided
at appropriate places for lubrication
purpose.
- ROLLS (WHEELS)
Rolls are fabricated out of tested MS
steel plates, electrically welded with
best quality welding electrodes. All rolls
are precision machined all over for smooth
and perfect compaction results.
- OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
Optional accessories such as lights, reflectors,
clarifier, water sprinkler etc. may be
provided at an extra cost.
- WARRANTY
"Kamal" Road Rollers carry a
warranty against manufacturing defects
for a period of twelve months. However,
the warranty does not cover breakdowns
under normal wear & tear, misuse or
due to mistake made by operator.

Coloured highway yellow.
