MARSMAN Secondary HSI (Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher) is used to produce high quality aggregate material. They fetch a high ratio of reduction, direct control of product gradation and excellent cubical product shape. Marsman's Primary & Secondary Horizontal Shaft Compactor is qualified to produce high quality aggregates, handles feed size beyond the range of conventional Secondary Impactors. These impactors can produce a cubical product. The Impactors are capable of delivering from 50 TPH to 200 TPH with a feed size of 250 mm. Available in two models with capacity 50 tons per hour and 200 tons per hour.

Technical and Construction Details Rolled and Electro welded Steel Bed-frame, fitted with one Tilt-able lid, being the opening device ratchet lever operated, which provides an easy and comfortable inspection and servicing. Likewise, the front area of the manhole lid is Tilt-able to have access to the feed chamber thus there is no need to dismantle the loading hopper. Rolled and Electro welded Rotor made out in a single part and equipped with grinding plates, which impact the material against the suspended anvils. The entire inner part, touching the material to be crushed, is protected by means of a special anti-wear steel plates, interchangeable, which may be fixed & dismantled very easily. High - Resistant , alloyed forged steel shaft, fixed to the rotor by means of accurate conical sleeves, assuring the necessary adjustment and easily dismantled. Special bearing - housing made of cast steel, with spherical roller bearings, protected against dust by seal labyrinths and bearings lubricated by grease.
